Before I share our latest updates, I wanted to tell you a bit about Faith Forward Cards. Weâre a small mom-and-pop shop, built with love and a desire to help people share meaningful, faith-filled messages with those they care about. Every feature we build and every card design we create comes from a heart to serve you and glorify God.
Iâm excited to share some major updates weâve been working on to make Faith Forward Cards even better for you. Over the past few weeks, weâve added several features that make creating and managing your Christian cards simpler and more meaningful.
Your New Account Dashboard
The biggest update is our brand new My Account page. Look for the 'My Account' link in the top navigation bar when youâre logged in.
Now when you log in, you can see all the cards youâve created in one convenient place. Each card shows:
- A thumbnail preview of your design
- The recipientâs name
- The card title
- When you created it
- The current status
No more wondering if you already sent a card to your friend or trying to remember which design you chose. Everything is organized and accessible whenever you need it. Perfect for when you need to remember which design you sent to Aunt Mary last year, or checking if you already sent a card to your pastor this month.
If you havenât created any cards yet, the dashboard will prompt you with a helpful link to get started with your first card.
Improved Navigation for Logged-In Users
Weâve made the site header smarter. When youâre logged in, youâll notice:
- "Sign Up" becomes "My Account" - Quick access to view your cards
- "Log In" becomes "Log Out" - Clear indication of your login status
This makes it easier to navigate and understand your login status at a glance.
Better Card Creation Experience
Based on your feedback, weâve refined the card creation process:
Auto-Flip Feature
Cards now automatically flip to show the inside after you add your message. This makes it easier to review your complete card without having to manually click the flip button.
Cleaner Interface
We removed redundant labels and streamlined the page layout so you can focus on what matters - crafting your heartfelt message.
Improved Pagination
For multi-page cards, weâve styled the page navigation buttons to be more intuitive. You can easily move between pages and see which page youâre currently editing.
Better Mobile Experience
Weâve eliminated horizontal scrollbars and improved the mobile layout so creating cards on your phone or tablet is just as smooth as on desktop.
Behind the Scenes Improvements
Weâve also made several technical improvements that make the site faster and more reliable:
- Secure authentication - Your login credentials are now stored more securely using encrypted cookies
- Images load instantly - Cards and images appear faster thanks to improved delivery
- Faster website updates - We can ship new features to you more quickly

Weâre not stopping here! Hereâs what weâre working on:
- Bug fixes - Squashing any issues youâve reported to ensure a smooth experience
- Clickable card entries - View your sent cards directly from your account dashboard
- Save drafts - Start a card and come back to finish it later
- Backend testing - Improving reliability and stability behind the scenes
